When the Portillo's reached out about a secret new lease space they had in mind, Fantich jumped right in to provide the ideas and finishes that ultimately became the star features of the finished space. They wanted a space that was modern and luxe but with an edge. What resulted is a refined space that feels very welcoming and is reflective of their charismatic personality. The finish-out phase was our fastest completion yet, reaching substantial completion in just under 3 months from permit to punch-list.
