We are a Design-Build firm. With a background in Design and Engineering, Fantich Building Solutions is a one-stop-shop for your building project needs. We understand not just the building process, but the design process as well.

What is Design-Build? We are a combination of both a design company and a construction company in which both teams are fully integrated into a single, collaborative team. The result? Our clients work with one business entity from start to finish of a project.

With over 15 years of experience in design and construction, Ethny started Fantich Building Solutions out of a natural passion for construction and an innate creative talent. Ethny is Licensed Structural Engineer and graduate from the University of Texas - Austin with a degree in Architectural Engineering. For over 15 years Ethny has been a trail blazer for women in Engineering and Construction in South Texas. Ethny has a passion for helping others and transforming spaces as if by magic.

We manage the design team, navigate through the feasibility process, coordinate all aspects of the subdivision (pre-build) process, and bring your project to a final set of construction documents ready for construction bidding.

We were 100% satisfied with Ethny and her team's renovation of our home, which was a bit of a challenge being the age of the house (almost 100 years old), COVID madness, and the fact that we were making important decisions from afar - mainly through email or video correspondence.
